Training procedure has certainly not change since I last came with Jovien. yea...like wat u have seen. i think the trainers are the hardworing ones, absorbing watever is to be learn and tend to their dog at all times.

Stanley has not been getting too good with his health. Told him to get more rest and achieve a healthier lifestyle as well.

Praises Joel received (only hear the GOOD words…)
- One of the better Westies we have so far
- Joel is a healthy breed, he is a better example of a westie with good behavior. (hidden meaning- he compared with Jovien as he is tamer during training but sick)
- Your dog is better behave than genie (Joel’s sibling)
- He is very active. Joel wouldn’t hesitate to approach other dogs. Unlike mine, like a statue.
- Joel might be gay. He sniff penises

However, with all this comment, I strongly believe no dogs would be better than their own. Dogs often have mood swing. Training is just a way to teach them new command/tricks they should learn. The success of behaviour training often depends on how much chemistry the dog has with the owner as well as the level of tolerance the dog is able to withstand distraction. I am making my stand clear- No dogs are bad, only trainers are. If you spent most of the time with your dog, then this dog behavior is the basic imprint of your character. If it spent most time with random people in your family, then he might have reacted just the way the synergy works in the family.

But remember, dogs only remember things temporary. It is that this energy and the way u present urself that they reciprocate u the way they do naturally. So if u wan to change the way ur dogs behaves, u should change the way u present urself. Eg, if ur dog runaway after he got distracted, dun bother chasing him. He probably run even further. Stand and COMMAND in a firm and confident tone, come back. (Joel most probably ignore still) OR else, u can WALK up to him and give him a tuck.

Oh… and…. If u afraid of dogs, DUN RUNAWAY when they come to u!!!! they will just chase u on and on...just stand and let them sniff u. u can try to shoo him off by using ur firm tone of command or push him away and ask him to be sit. For small breed dogs, standing in the act that they attack, I would probably be ready up for some self-defense, not abusing, but rather to play host to show u are the domineering one. Muzzle their mouth by force, pushing him down to the ground and say ‘NO’ in an impactful manner. Once he calms down, he’s ready to go.

Alrite, enough of my non-sense... I just talk things from my experience. It might work.

Joel makes a very good family dog. Just a few bad habit that needs to be corrected.especially one- He still Shit in my room at night!!
SiongSiongBear loves Jovien and Joel and remembers Baby Joe.T on 06 Febuary 08!
