Luck's on my side!

Pracitcal exam's over a day ago, it went exceptionally well unexpectedly. I wanted to be the first few who gets tested, wooo,,,, draw lots and got second!





Was indeed nervous, but i got over just as soon as i wak into the room. Four stations - FLambee, Fruit Craving, BAr Showmanship and Creative Dessert. First stop was Suprising, cos i must admit i did quite well for it. In additon, This is just my second time dealing with flambe! After the flambe, Mr chow commented 'wei siong, MAintain!' , he gave mi the Xtra boost of confidence...





After flambe, i didn really care much for other station, cos the one that i'm afraid was over. I bet i became over-confident after that. but i passed, so who cares...

Another topic, i think i fell in love with a guy! i found him... though i know he will not be available and stands no chance but being with him is heavenly. Most imptly, thanks for having him in my life...(taggers-never reveal names that might implicate confusion/complicaton)
