Today, i realised the phrase 'Sore like an eagle or be the worm'. In Fine-dine Restaurant operation, it isn't abt friendship but teamwork, its how u build relationship between members in team. This relationship is entirely different from friends, cos at one moment, they can frontstab u like hell knows. watever this is, it hasn't happen to mi. But yea, sooner or later...

The EC (event-catering) today put the restaurant down to a HaLLoween nite, full of webs and nasty spider and some masscort who are actually our training chief. Its the DCS (dip in culinary skills) students nite anyway, we are just serving the guest on wat we learn so far. YEA YEa,,, it look so fun, i caan tell u, its not. We have hell lots of probs which really freak us out at that point. from the start to end, we were shaking, hoping guest wouldn expect much. well, for mi, i got a family of 9, chinese speaking and the noisiest. I do not speak chinese, cos mi suxs plus they treated our place like market. they are attention seekers! or suckers...

one guest adds on saying 'PLS speak english, u r taking forever if u speak chinese, i will translate for u'

One thing that i am glad today was that MArCUs (under DCS) was one of the masscort and he walks round the restaurant hosting. He is one hot dude to eye on. WAhaha... however, i didn have all time to hang round. I messed up sequence of service, talked to guest maJAM KOPITAM, trembled my tray like i always do (PHOebia) and i am not happy for that at all. I am a failure, i am worse than a worm. I know where i stand under this condition. I am not sure whether i will make the effort to change, cos i already have doubts, in myself, in my future...

so...then..argh... It really Depends on mi now... wat i really really wants in life...

At the mean time.... ... of course... EYE on MARCUS 4 this week...heheeee
