- Wine appreciation -

Days finally arrived... travelling to france, italy, Austrlia through the study of wine from TEXTBOOK were 100% boring. And today, Woo Hoo... be tasting our first gass of wine together !

As a management set by SHATEC in cooperation with Bordeaux, France, they had came up with a whole new Diploma cert ranging from level 1 to 3 to cater to ppl who wants to learn more abt wine appreciation. For its history, Bordeaux is the 1st world most famous for its Wine history production. Without them, we will not be having any wine now. And proudly, we are the first batch of student who are going to sit for their very first test in Singapore. If i could obtain a Level 3 cert, i am going to Bordeaux to learn abt wine making (abt 2 weeks, i guess)!! yeah !

My course tutor, Mr Liam, also my beverage tutor. pouring wine to taste the first glass...
